You can enjoy these statistics for a while

The most basic way to know everything about your page, posts and audience is Facebook Insights. As a Facebook page administrator, you will find the ‘Insights’ tab at the top of the screen.

This is the place to monitor how your page and content is performing and who your target audience is. You will find all the information and statistics about:

Page Likes. The development and size of your fan base

Reach. Statistics about the reach of your own page posts and posts by others about your page.
Positive and negative user actions. Reach provides information about the number of positive actions (likes, comments,  telegram data reactions, shares, etc.) and negative actions (spam reports, hiding posts, and unlikes ) by users.
Pageviews. The number of times your page has been view and where these visits came from.
Posts. All information about your page posts. This list of posts can be filter, customiz and drill down per post by clicking on the post. You will then get more statistics about the specific post.
Promotions. Promot posts and the results of this paid distribution.
Videos. A separate section of statistics focus on video posts.
People. Statistics about your fans and other people reach by your page and page posts.
Messages. Insights into chat messages with your fans and target audience.
Next to this you will find even more important information, depending on your type of organization and objective, such as statistics about events, sources (how china numbers did people get to the page), page previews (mouse-overs in the newsfe), shop statistics (if you have set up a Facebook shop) and brand content (if you have collaborations with influencers).

Possibilities and limitations

A  because there is quite a lot to find. For example, take a look at your page messages and click on a message. You will see twitter and linkedin unfortunately lag far behind in this area  that a window opens with more statistics. Here you will also find your second-degree reach , because you see what happens to the shar messages (shares) of your page. You can recognize a real ‘viral message’ because there are many shares-on-shares ; shar messages that are shar again.

The Insights module does have its limitations. You can only go back two years in your statistics (but then the graphs become unreadable), not all tables can be sort and you can’t make your own calculations. These limitations can be circumvent by using the (somewhat hard to find) export button.
