What are you most proud of since working at Leadinfo?
Leadinfo has just completed its first major acquisition in Germany. In addition to my normal workload, I migrated all of the acquired company’s customers to Leadinfo with a good conversion rate. I was given a great deal of trust and was able netherlands number data to manage the process independently. I like this way of working and feel very valued.
Furthermore, as I mentioned before, I am very proud to be able to help set up the office in Düsseldorf. I originally come from a rather different background, so this is not a given. But Leadinfo has a lot of lateral entrants and I think that this is also smtp servers will also have their own part of our strength. Expanding abroad is a very exciting and varied period for a company. No two days are the same and a lot of flexibility is required. I like this dynamic and ambitious work environment and really enjoy this process.
What is the best thing about Leadinfo?
Where should I start? The working atmosphere is the most important thing. Since it is a very young company – both in terms of the team and the age of the company – every employee has a lot of responsibility. This responsibility is coupled with a lot of trust, which means I can continue to develop and it never gets boring. In addition, the boundary between work and private life is much less clear in the Netherlands than in German-speaking afghanistan business directory countries. The Leadinfo family has really become a family ‘away from home’ for me, who supported me a lot both financially and personally during a difficult phase.
There are also always parties and events. As a Swiss person, I’m not used to being able to combine fun and work without it being seen as unprofessional. This is really special about the Dutch work culture and I hope we can continue this tradition in our German office. I’m also often in Germany for events. This way I can use my passion for travel for Leadinfo: win-win!
If you didn’t work at Leadinfo, what would you be doing?
Touring with my band! I’ve been making music since I was little and I sing in a band in Switzerland. If I hadn’t come to the Netherlands, I would probably have pursued a career in music. Now I’m using my holidays for music: this summer I’m going to tour Italy with my band in a camper van and play street music.
