Exciting times have begun: Leadinfo will soon be opening its first foreign branch in Düsseldorf. Swiss Annalena has been strengthening the German Leadinfo team as a partner manager for around six months and has since then ensured that German customers can also identify more and better leads. In this blog, Annalena tells us about how she came to Leadinfo, what her daily work is like in the current office in
Rotterdam and what role she plays in the expansion .
How did you come to Leadinfo?
I have always loved travelling and worked mexico number data as a flight attendant during my gap year, among other things. During my studies I had the opportunity to do an exchange semester in Rotterdam. It was an excellent chance for me to get to know a new country and a new city. Rotterdam is very international and I felt very comfortable here right away. That’s why after my six-month exchange semester I decided to continue my studies part-time and look for a job in the Netherlands.
At first, the job search was difficult because
I don’t speak Dutch. Many of the jobs I applied for were more like “menial jobs” with no real prospects. At some point, Leadinfo approached delivery is achieved however after a certain number me and I dropped by the office for a coffee. The atmosphere at Leadinfo really appealed to me from the start. We clicked straight away during the interview and my future colleagues welcomed me straight away. As a start-up/scale-up, Leadinfo also offers plenty of prospects and development opportunities. The decision was made quickly!
What are your tasks at Leadinfo?
My official title is Partner Manager, but they often call me the “Swiss Army Knife” here. Our German team is not that big yet and I often take on other tasks as well. As Partner Manager, I evaluate and manage existing partnerships and establish new afghanistan business directory contacts. I also take care of inbound sales, help customers through the Leadinfo trial period, conduct price negotiations and close deals.
What I am most pleased about is that I have been
given the opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility in the expansion to Germany. I am 22 years young and am at the forefront of setting up Leadinfo’s first foreign branch. I think it is important that more women work in leadership positions and would like to work in a management position later on. The experiences I am gaining here will be very useful to me in my future career and I am grateful for everything I am learning here.
