Here you can select the most important metrics, save them in a Custom Layout and optionally export multiple files (due to the maximum number of messages and days per export) and merge them in Excel or Google Spreadsheets.

I personally choose to paste the data into two tabs ( Page Data and Post Data ) in a spreadsheet, and then create  country email list a Dashboard in another tab that extracts the data from the tabs and displays it visually. This dashboard is then automatically updat when you add new data (later), for example if you want to view your progress every month. Such a dashboard could look like this:

For me and my clients this works well because you spend little time on your export (because of the pre-set layout you create in Facebook Insights) and it is easy to place in your tabs with data. The dashboard then automatically adjusts when you use a formula that counts the number of rows (number of posts and date range). A dashboard is the ideal way to make the data you get from your export insightful and understandable.

The possibilities are virtually endless, as long as you don’t get scar off by the amount of information you can analyze. Choose the right variables and actually use them.
