With new instant email tracking, filtering and workflow tools
It’s been a little over a month since the last major Salesflare update , and yet here we are already with more new features… and more to come soon!
This latest update makes with your prospects tracking your sales leads easier and more reliable again, without any extra work on your part.
Here’s what’s new:
After over 8 years of integrating bolivia phone number data email and CRM and successfully using the same email tracking system , Salesflare’s growth has increased both the volume of tracked emails going through the platform and the likelihood for scammers and phishers to find them.
That’s why, over the last few months, we’ve been working hard on a completely renewed tracking system that is now the most with your prospects advanced you’ll find on the market.
While there are many details about its inner workings that we won’t be able to disclose for security reasons, here are some of the things you might notice:
- Salesflare’s email tracking build an email campaign calendar now uses a range of different domains for its links and tracking pixels. These are assigned based on subcontinent, as we’ve noticed in our data that scammers and phishers tend to come from the same regions of the world.
- Each team has a different subdomain. Since most spam detectors and blacklists work at the subdomain level, each team is responsible for the deliverability of their own emails.
- If you use a professional email to register, your subdomain. I therefor will contain your business name, making it more your. I therefor prospects recognizable to your potential customers.
- All links in an email use the mobile list same subdomain: the tracking. I therefor pixel for opened emails, referral URLs for clicked emails, and opt-out links for unsubscribes.
- When you send an email in a thread, the tracking is remov from previous emails. So you only get notified when the last email was open. Unless people load the entire conversation, of course.

Since email tracking domains are relatively new, we are rolling them out gradually. This means that currently all emails sent individually use tracking, but emails sent through workflows do not yet use it. We plan to do this in the coming weeks if all goes according to plan.
